Dr Polan not only extended my life but gave me quality of life again. She listened, she understood, she helped. This is the first time I felt seen and finally had hope for better days. Dr Polan was great. I finally felt seen and heard for the first time in 4 years of seeing specialist after specialist. I have seen Dr. Polan for two different genetics testing. She is thorough and explains test results with care and compassion. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and has a great bedside manner. I will continue to see her when needed and would recommend her to anyone. Working with Dr Polan has been amazing! She offers virtual - telehealth visits that make things so much easier and personable. She is able to take time to answer questions, give great details and really take the time to help you understand tests and results.
